Luke Vikram

Luke Vikram has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Luke started their career at HSBC as a PE US Investigations officer, where they were involved in the investigation process of U.S. Dollar Payments. Luke then worked at ICICI Bank as an Officer, responsible for operations management and implementing processes in line with guidelines. After that, they worked at SITI Corporation as a Recruiter for US IT Consulting.

Luke then joined jiva-infotech as a Business Analyst - Lead, where they developed and structured responses to RFI/RFP/RFQ and managed knowledge transfer to new team members. Luke also prepared sales collateral and gained experience in technical blog writing.

Next, Luke joined Kensium as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for developing and structuring responses to RFI/RFP/RFQ and creating work breakdown structures. Luke also acted as a single source of project information and status for stakeholders and mentored other project managers within the organization.

Luke then moved to Ness Digital Engineering, initially as an Assistant Manager (Pre-Sales) - Sales Support and later as a Manager (Pre-Sales) - Sales Support. In this role, they managed a proposal support team, delivered responses to strategic RFPs, collaborated with practice and delivery teams, and ensured quality control of proposal and presentation writing. Luke also worked on commercials, including pricing.

In 2018, Luke returned to Kensium as a Client Success Manager, where they developed trusted advisor relationships with clients and coordinated the involvement of company personnel to meet customer expectations. Luke also tracked key customer metrics and built strong co-value creation with stakeholders.

Throughout their career, Luke has demonstrated strong project management, leadership, and communication skills, and has achieved notable accomplishments such as being a single point of contact for proposals and achieving faster turn-around time. Luke has also gained certifications as a Sales Consultant in Acumatica.

Luke Vikram has a strong educational background in computers and computer science. Luke obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computers from Confidential from 2000 to 2002. During the same time period, they also pursued a M.Sc degree in Computers from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, specializing in Computer Science. Prior to that, Luke Vikram earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Computers from Sri Krishnadevaraya University from 1995 to 1998, with a focus on Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Luke Vikram has also obtained certifications to further enhance their knowledge and skills. Luke completed the "R150 Presenting Acumatica" certification from Acumatica in April 2014. Additionally, they obtained the "Hubspot Agency Partner Certification" from HubSpot in December 2022.
