Mohammed Elyas Ahammad has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Mohammed Elyas started their career in 2005 as an Executive Customer Service at 24/7 Customer Pvt Ltd. Later, they worked at Dell International Services from 2006 to 2011, initially as a Client Technical Support Senior Associate and then as a Customer Support Expert.
In 2011, Mohammed joined PAREXEL as a Senior Customer Care Representative. During their time there, they handled a team for an Oncology Project, monitored call and ticket queues, assigned tickets to meet SLAs, and performed call and ticket audits. Mohammed Elyas also prepared weekly performance reports and coached agents to drive best performance culture. Additionally, Mohammed conducted system monitoring for supported Perceptive products/projects and performed administrative tasks.

Following that, they enrolled in Government Junior College in Nizamabad and completed their studies from 1996 to 1998. Later, from 2012 to 2015, they attended Osmania University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration, Political Science, and Sociology.
In addition to their formal education, Mohammed Elyas Ahammad has also acquired several certifications. In September 2019, they received the EXIN BCS SIAM™ Professional certification from EXIN, an ICT competence partner. In December 2013, they earned the ITIL V3 Foundation certification from the same institution. Lastly, in November 2018, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services.
