Karla Sypsa

Karla Sypsa is currently the Customer Success and Delivery Manager at Doccla, where they focus on enhancing client satisfaction and service delivery. They have held various roles in pharmacy, including Clinical Pharmacist at Penrose Health, where they managed medication reviews and long-term conditions. Karla has also served as a Primary Care Network Pharmacist at The Confederation, Hillingdon CIC, and as a Community Mental Health Pharmacist at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. They completed their MPharm degree with First Class Honours at King's College London.
