Brad Picker

Brad Picker is currently the Director of Sustainability at AstraZeneca, where they oversee sustainability initiatives within the organization. They have held roles such as Responsible Procurement Manager - ESG at Banco Santander and Global Procurement - FM & Utilities at Johnson Matthey. Previously, Brad worked as a Project Manager at Babcock International Group, where they also completed the Procurement & Supply Chain Graduate Program. In addition to their role at AstraZeneca, Brad serves as the Supplier Decarbonization Manager for Responsible Sourcing at Lonza and as a Sustainable Procurement Ambassador for The Sustainable Procurement Pledge. Brad holds a Master's degree in Business Management from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of York.
