Lucy Maxwell is an accomplished professional in procurement and sustainability with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Sustainable Procurement Manager at dentsu since July 2023, Lucy is responsible for the implementation of Dentsu’s Sustainable Procurement Programme and integrates ESG criteria into procurement processes. Prior to this, Lucy held the position of Global Procurement Manager at dentsu after working as a Buyer and Group Buyer at Balfour Beatty plc. As a Sustainable Procurement Ambassador for The Sustainable Procurement Pledge, Lucy advocates for sustainable practices in the industry. Lucy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Management from Heriot-Watt University and a Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply from The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, in addition to studies at the University of Antwerp.
