Peter Cottiss

Peter Cottiss recently retired after a successful career spanning over 30 years in global procurement, most recently serving as the Global Leader for Food Ingredients and Chemicals Procurement at ABF plc. Prior to that, they held leadership roles at Merck, H.J. Heinz, and the UK Government Procurement Service, where they focused on driving cost savings and organizational transformation. Currently, Peter is the founder of PeCott Consulting Ltd, providing tailored services to support procurement and sales teams in preparing for negotiations. They are also an ambassador for The Sustainable Procurement Pledge, advocating for sustainability in procurement practices. Peter holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Technology from The University of Reading.
