Thiago Cavalieri Masson

Thiago Cavalieri Masson is currently the Global Procurement Transformation Director at Elanco, leading transformation efforts and managing a global team. Since 2014, they have gained extensive experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Project Management across multinational companies. Thiago has been a key player in major acquisitions and integration projects, including the acquisitions of Novartis and Bayer Animal Health. They are fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, English, and Italian and continue to serve as an ambassador for The Sustainable Procurement Pledge. Thiago holds a degree from the University of London, obtained in 2023.
