John Kipe

John Kipe is an experienced professional in customer success and solutions consulting with a robust background in managing client relationships and driving business growth. Currently serving as a Manager in Customer Success and Customer Solutions Consulting at Docebo since January 2020, John previously held several roles at Docebo, including Senior Customer Experience Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to Docebo, John managed customer success at Seller Labs and worked at Evarsys, Inc. as a Solutions Consultant, specializing in financial software consulting and training. Additionally, John has held leadership positions in sales operations and online merchandising at VOLO Trading, Inc. and Flora Hydroponics, respectively.
