Lindsay Wright

Lindsay Wright is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, and diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management and Culture at Docebo since November 2025, Lindsay has previously held leadership roles at Capital One, where the position was Head of Learning and Development & Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from April 2023 to October 2025. Other notable positions include Director of Learning and Development at Mejuri and Klick, where Lindsay contributed to enhancing organizational performance and employee engagement. Earlier career experiences include roles at Nielsen, The Humphrey Group, and the National Film Board of Canada, showcasing a diverse skill set in educational program management and communications. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from Toronto Metropolitan University, awarded in 2005.
