At Doceo, we bridge the gap between education and employability for 14-18-year-olds. Co-founded by Zoë Mabo and Stephanie Lartey, we are an education and mentoring social enterprise committed to equipping the next generation with essential skills to thrive in the workforce.  

Our mission is to empower young people through data-driven employability programmes, including workshops, mentoring, and industry insight days, that prepare them for personal and professional success. We connect employers with diverse young talent, addressing key skill gaps through a multi-year, impact-focused approach. By fostering growth mindsets and creating meaningful opportunities, we help students unlock their potential and build brighter futures.
