Amanda Baccan

Amanda Baccan has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Amanda is currently working as an IT Senior Manager at Dock since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Líder Performance de Serviços at Raízen from August 2021 to April 2022. From September 2012 to August 2021, Amanda worked at Cielo as a Coordenadora de Serviços de TI, where they focused on digital transformation, process improvement, and team management. Before that, they were a Gerente de Serviços at TIVIT from November 2011 to September 2012. Amanda began their career at IBM in 2006, where they held various roles such as Service Delivery Manager, Operations Team Leader, Shift Leader, and Computer Operator. Amanda worked with international outsourcing customers and played a significant role in managing operations and facilitating teamwork.

Amanda Baccan obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive MBA from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, starting in 2014 and completing it in 2016. Prior to that, Amanda attended IBTA from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Técnologo degree in Analise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas.
