Arthur Cicero has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Arthur started their career at Conductor Tecnologia em Meios de Pagamento as an intern, where they conducted research in Blockchain applied to transaction processing. Arthur also provided support in incident analysis and bug correction, as well as participated in the technical monitoring of certifications with credit card companies such as Visa, Mastercard, and ELO.

After their internship, Arthur joined Dock as a Software Engineer. In this role, they worked on the Authorization team, focusing on developing new features and improvements for the ELO card platform.
