Claudinei Novaes has extensive work experience in various roles related to recruitment, executive search, and finance. In their most recent position at Dock, they worked as a Recruiting Specialist, responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes across different departments. Prior to this, they worked at T.H.E Consulting as a Headhunter and Partner, where they developed a methodology for connecting talents to organizations. In their previous role as Head of Professional Outplacement at Thomas Case & Associados, Claudinei led a team and implemented strategic KPIs for the operation. Claudinei also has experience in financial roles, such as Financial Supervisor at Fit Consulting and Financial Administrative Coordinator at Bureau Translations. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Financial and Credit Analyst at Kyocera Mita and as a Financial Analyst at Plastpel Embalagens Ltda.
