Eduardo Bertolin

Eduardo Bertolin has a strong background in product management and ownership. Eduardo is currently working at Dock as a Product Manager, leading teams in developing an API core services platform for customer checking account services, authorization processes, and limits and fees management. Eduardo is also involved in rethinking legacy products and building a new global platform for the company's expansion strategies in Latin America.

Prior to that, Eduardo worked at Phi as a Product Owner, where they successfully led the implementation and integration of Pix, a real-time interbank payment system in Brazil, with the Central Bank. Eduardo also played a key role in developing a secure payment platform and aligning its scope with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Before joining Phi, Eduardo worked at 4all Tecnologia as a Product Owner, responsible for the development and evolution of the company's food products. Eduardo created a robust marketplace structure to manage establishments and provide seamless food ordering experiences to customers. Eduardo also developed mobile apps and Progressive Web Apps to cater to a diverse range of customers and establish the company as a leader in the food tech industry. Additionally, Eduardo served as a Customer Success Analyst during their time at 4all Tecnologia.

Eduardo's early work experience includes an internship at Prefeitura Municipal de Porto Alegre from 2015 to 2017.
