Emiliane Rocha

Emiliane Rocha has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In their current role at Dock, they serve as a Software Support Specialist for Payments, ensuring quick incident resolution and minimizing impacts on services. Emiliane also manages requests and provides technical support to both internal and external users. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Analyst, handling incidents, analyzing system failures, and debugging. Emiliane also provided efficient support to banks' requests and facilitated communication between development, product, and other teams.

Before working at Dock, Emiliane gained experience at Up Brasil as a IT Support Analyst. In this role, they served as a QA Tester and was responsible for preparing and testing software applications and services. Emiliane also handled customer support, documented tests and procedures, and contributed to the improvement of software versions. Previously, they worked at Policard Systems E Servicos as a Technical Support Analyst and at Algar Telecom in customer service. Emiliane started their career as an Assistant in the Jovem Aprendiz program at Fórum Tupaciguara.

Throughout their career, Emiliane has demonstrated a strong technical aptitude, customer service skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Emiliane Rocha's education history includes a technical degree in administration with basic notions in logistics from Colégio Profissional, which was completed from 2013 to 2014. Currently, Emiliane is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology degree in Analysis and Systems Development from UNIASSELVI, starting in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Emiliane has obtained several certifications. In April 2022, they completed a certification in Emotional Intelligence 2.0 from Escola Conquer and another certification in Psychoanalysis from Cursos Abeline do Brasil. Prior to that, they received a certification in Kaizen from F2M in January 2022. In 2021, Emiliane obtained a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Grupo Voitto, completed an Introduction to Lean Leadership course from Fundação Bradesco, and received training on the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), also from Fundação Bradesco, in March of that year.
