Fernanda Castro has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Stagiaire in Analista de Sistema at Prefeitura de São Paulo. In the same year, they also worked as an Analyst Support at Sitel. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as an Operator of Service Desk at UNINOVE. In 2020, they joined Select Soluções as a Junior Support Analyst and worked there until April 2021. In May 2021, they moved to Conductor Tecnologia em Meios de Pagamento where they worked as an Analyst of Monitoring primarily focused on NOC, troubleshooting, and documentation. Their most recent role was at Dock where they worked as a Software Support Analyst starting in August 2022.
