Gisele Estevam

Gisele Estevam has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2023. Gisele began their career as an Operador de Telemarketing and Back Office de Qualidade e Processo at Agentes Autorizados GVT, where they contacted clients to promote products and later conducted audits and data confirmations. Gisele then worked as a Recepcionista at Acuario Pousada e Restaurante, where they handled guest needs and reservations. Gisele later became an Auxiliar Administrativo at Federal Invest, providing support to agencies and managing complications. At Zoop, Gisele held various roles including Analista de Suporte, Software Developer, and Business Analyst, where they were responsible for supporting clients, developing applications and databases, and collaborating with product and development teams. Most recently, Gisele worked as a Partnership Development Analyst at Dock, focusing on understanding and instructing new partners on the use of available APIs.

Gisele Estevam pursued their education from 2019 to 2024. In 2019, they completed a course on Tecnologia da Informação, specifically focused on Python e MySql from Udemy. Additionally, they also obtained a degree in MySql from Treinaweb in the same year. In 2020, Gisele attended Treinaweb again and completed two courses, namely Java-Fundamentos and Java - Orientação a Objetos. Furthermore, they acquired the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf in July 2020. Currently, Gisele is pursuing their graduation in Ciência de Dados from Estácio, with an expected completion date of 2024.
