Gustavo Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Gustavo worked as an Observability Analyst II at Dock, where they provided support and developed monitoring solutions in a production environment. Gustavo also developed reports, alerts, and dashboards using tools like DataDog and Splunk. Prior to that, they worked as an Implementation Analyst at Dock, where they provided support and administration for Windows and Linux servers, monitored IT infrastructure, and resolved incidents. Gustavo was responsible for implementing applications and configuring them in a production environment. Furthermore, Gustavo worked as a NOC Analyst at Dock, where they were responsible for monitoring gateways, authorizers, and APIs.
