Huberto Júnior

Huberto Júnior has extensive work experience in various roles in the technology and IT industry.

Huberto started their career as a Técnico em Informática at WS Informática from December 2005 to December 2007.

Huberto then moved on to work as an Analyst de Teste at Sicredi from January 2008 to May 2010, specializing in test planning, execution, and validation of SICREDI applications, particularly in the area of investment funds. Huberto also had intermediate knowledge of the Conta Corrente system and handled project work as well as maintenance and support tasks.

Following their time at Sicredi, they joined IBM in June 2010 as an Analyst de Negócios e Requisitos. In this role, they conducted meetings for estimation and requirement understanding, negotiated and proposed better solutions to clients, and presented project ideas and improvement solutions. Huberto also developed high-level system visions and modeled and documented needs, use cases, and requirements using UML and Enterprise Architect.

In April 2014, Huberto became a Gestor de Demandas e Analista de Negócio at TOTVS. Here, they worked as a consultant, supported and implemented investment systems, and managed credit demands, including allocating resources and providing status reports for the client Banco ABC.

Huberto then joined Lojas Renner S.A. as a Líder Técnico e Gestor de Fornecedores e Equipes in July 2015. Their responsibilities included directing efforts between internal teams and external partners, driving the creation of user stories, and facilitating technical and functional discussions.

In February 2019, Huberto returned to Dock as a Gerente de TI, overseeing N2 and N3 teams, continuous improvements, and maintenance of the platform. Huberto applied ITIL best practices and Agile software development methodologies and worked with clients such as Renner, Realize, and Agibank.

Huberto continued their career at Linx in December 2019 as a Gerente de TI, leading teams responsible for projects, continuous improvements, fiscal demands, and maintenance. Huberto managed products for Franquias BR Mania and Pit Stop Ambev.

Finally, Huberto's most recent position is as an Operations Manager (Business Implementation) at Dock, starting in June 2022.

Huberto Júnior earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Unisinos, attending from 2005 to 2013. In 2020, they obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from CertiProf.
