Julius Caffaro

Julius Caffaro has a diverse work experience in software development and information technology. Starting in 2011, they had an internship at Prill Tecnologia for a few months. In 2012, they interned at STI UFF - Superintendência de Tecnologia da Informação, where they worked on developing and operating platforms using technologies like Java, Oracle, and Linux. Since 2014, they have been working at Dock as a Software Developer, initially as an intern and junior developer before becoming a Tech Lead and Senior Developer. Julius'swork at Dock involves developing and analyzing point-of-sale (POS) software for financial transactions, including EMV card transactions, feature development, and transaction optimization. Julius also led a multi-discipline squad for three years, delivering applications for clients and managing a POS application used by more than 15,000 gas stations.

Julius Caffaro completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Universidade Federal Fluminense from 2011 to 2017. In 2011, they also obtained a certification as a Java Developer from INFNET. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in Microservices and Spring framework from Alura in June 2021, including MICROSERVICES with SPRING CLOUD: CIRCUIT BREAKER, HYSTRIX and API GATEWAY, Microservices with Spring Cloud: Registry, Config Server e Distributed Tracing, SPRING BOOT API REST: Spring security, cache and monitoring, and Spring boot Rest API: Build an API.
