Matheus Contiero

Matheus Contiero has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Project Analyst (PMO) at Dock since October 2021. In this position, they are responsible for managing improvement projects and new product launches in the technology market. Matheus handles project planning, stakeholder alignment, and ensures timely delivery.

Prior to Dock, Matheus worked as a Mentor de Projetos at Dinâmica Group starting from April 2020. Matheus provided guidance and support for various projects.

In February 2021, Matheus joined enjoei as an analista de planejamento e projetos. Their responsibilities included planning and managing projects, with a focus on data analysis for decision-making.

Matheus also gained experience as a Business Analyst Intern at Falconi from January 2020 to February 2021. Matheus worked on development projects and applied solutions for companies using the PDCA methodology. Matheus analyzed data, prepared managerial reports, and supported different departments in presenting results to executives.

Earlier in their career, Matheus worked as an Estagiário de Instrumentação at MULTITEC Engenharia e Automação SC Ltda from March 2018 to December 2019. Matheus participated in improvement projects and process adaptations, primarily in the chemical industry. Matheus conducted field surveys, documentation, and execution reports.

Furthermore, Matheus held leadership positions at Jr. Eng. In 2017, they served as Vice-president and in 2016, they were the Director of Projects. During their tenure, Matheus led a team and significantly increased the company's revenue and project portfolio. Notably, they managed a large-scale opinion research project with approximately 2500 interviews and a team of around 40 people.

Matheus Contiero has a strong educational background. Matheus completed their Graduação in Electrical Engineering at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho in 2020. Prior to their undergraduate degree, they attended ETEC VAV from 2009 to 2011 and obtained a Técnico em Edificações degree in the field of Edificações.

Furthermore, Matheus Contiero has obtained additional certifications to further enhance their skills.
