Rafael Falcão

Rafael Falcão is an experienced professional in the fields of payments, banking, and risk management. They began their career as a Test Analyst at DBServer from 2005 to 2009 before serving as a Business Analyst at Sicredi in 2009-2010. Rafael then worked as a Project Manager at IBM from 2010 to 2018, managing medium to large-scale projects. Currently, they are the Executive Client Manager at Dock and are pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology at Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos. Rafael also holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration with a focus on Information Technology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
