Ramon Henrique

Ramon Henrique has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Ramon began their career at D&C Sport Fitness as a Subgerente from March 2013 to July 2019. Ramon then transitioned to IT and worked as a Técnico de Suporte at Faculdade Pio Décimo from February 2011 to February 2013. Following this, they worked as a Técnico de Sistemas at the same company from March 2013 to February 2020, where they were involved in software testing, maintenance, configuration, and user support. Ramon'smost recent position is at Dock, where they currently serve as a QA Analyst III since January 2023. Some of their responsibilities include developing QA talents, automating API testing using Postman and Newman, configuring certification environments, analyzing requirements, validating databases, monitoring certifications and transaction windows, and executing various types of tests using tools like Postman, Dbeaver, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Jira.
