Régis Paim

Régis Paim has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Régis is currently working as a Business Implementation Manager at Dock, where they are responsible for scheduling and monitoring new customers during integration with the company's tools and services. Régis also solves technical and commercial problems, reports technical issues faced by customers, and suggests improvements to enhance the product.

Prior to Dock, Régis worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Gestalt from October 2017 to March 2021. Additionally, they had a self-employed freelance role from March 2014 to October 2017, where they gained technical knowledge and autonomy by assisting various companies. In this capacity, they provided support, made corrections and improvements, and even helped architect software projects across different technologies and frameworks.

Régis has also worked as a System Analyst at AMC Textil Ltda from June 2014 to February 2016, where they led improvement projects for the business management system in various sectors. Furthermore, they served as a .NET Developer at Quirius from August 2012 to February 2014, focusing on the development, implementation, and maintenance of fiscal software.

Earlier in their career, Régis had an internship at Pelissari Gestão e Tecnologia from June 2011 to June 2012, and they gained their first work experience with technology as a Volunteer/Scholarship recipient at Microsoft Innovation Center from March 2010 to April 2011. During this time, they learned development tools and software development techniques while working on small functionalities for partner companies of the Innovation Center.

Régis Paim obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from UniSociesc Centro Universitário, from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Technology Course in Information Technology at Cetelbras Educacional from 2004 to 2005. In 2006, they also pursued a Specialist Web Design program at Cetelbras Educacional, focusing on Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design.
