Wesley Marques da Silva

Wesley Marques da Silva is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience at Dock since November 2020, currently serving as Product Lead where responsibilities include refining chargeback product definitions, developing integration specifications, and evolving existing products in preparation for migration. Previously, Wesley held the position of Product Tribe Lead, overseeing a team of four Product Managers focused on legacy and modular products for processing clearing files across multiple payment networks. Earlier roles included leadership of the Backoffice tribe for Acquiring and acting as Product Owner Specialist, where the focus was on defining features and designing APIs for financial products in the Banking as a Service sector. Wesley began a career at FIT - Instituto de Tecnologia as a Junior Solutions Architect and intern. Wesley holds a degree in Control and Automation Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, completed in 2018.
