Allyson Walters

Allyson Walters is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various high-profile companies. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Docker, Inc. since October 2025, Allyson focuses on building a high-performing, values-driven organization. Prior roles include VP of Business Operations and VP of HR for Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure, where responsibilities encompassed business operations management for an 8,000-person global organization and the integration of HR practices following the acquisition of Cerner. Previous experience includes positions at Stryker, Amazon, Medtronic, ING Nederland, and Interactive Business Systems, demonstrating a strong track record in talent acquisition, organizational change, and employee engagement. Allyson holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota.
