Currently serving as a Staff Technical Program Manager at Docker, Blaine transitions a wealth of tech industry experience into cross-company solutions. Previously, Blaine directed global support operations for a $6 billion product group at Microsoft and led significant projects at Oracle, including a large-scale customer communication program that improved operational efficiency. Blaine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Communications from Central Washington University.
