David Dooling

David Dooling is a seasoned technology and engineering leader with extensive experience in software development, cloud architecture, and team management across multiple high-impact roles. Currently a Senior Manager of Engineering at Docker, Inc., David leads a team focused on securing the software supply chain for Docker Official Images. Previous positions include Director of Engineering at Jumio Corporation, where David oversaw global engineering teams and managed the full product lifecycle, and Principal Engineer & Manager at Spire, responsible for the Data Platform team. With a strong background in cloud strategy and computational engineering from Monsanto Company and research roles at Washington University, David has contributed to advancements in anti-money laundering solutions, genomic informatics, and data processing systems. David holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and has a business degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
