David Gageot

David Gageot is a Principal Software Engineer at Docker, Inc., since June 2022. With a diverse background in software engineering and architecture, Gageot previously served as Chief Architect at Doctolib, focusing on scalability for user growth and feature expansion. Other roles include Staff Software Engineer at Google, where contributions were made to Skaffold, Cloud Native Buildpacks, and Cloud Code, as well as Developer Advocate for Cloud Platform. Earlier experiences include Software Engineer at Docker, Inc., where Gageot helped establish the R&D office in Paris, and a Freelance Geek managing a variety of projects including an iPad application and a web-based CRM. Gageot has held leadership positions at Algodeal as CTO and at Valtech as CTO and Business Development Director, along with initial roles at Adesoft and Xfi. Gageot holds a DESS IRS degree in Computer Science from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
