Debbie Madden

Debbie Madden is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in software development and innovation. As the Founder and Chairwoman of Stride Consulting since 2014, Debbie has guided teams in delivering excellence for major brands and startups, focusing on diversity and learning from failure. Currently, Debbie advises the AI RegRisk™ Think Tank and Docker, Inc., while being an active member of YPO, serving as Finance Chair since 2020. Debbie has also contributed as an advisor to Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator and Metis, and founded NY Intrapreneur to foster innovation within established companies. Previous leadership roles include CEO at Cyrus Innovation, where Debbie scaled the company from inception to multimillion-dollar success, as well as co-founding Fetch-a-Flick and Tire Labs. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
