Ekta Aggarwal

Ekta Aggarwal is a seasoned professional in product management and technology, currently serving as the Product and Technical Advisor at Agile Data Decisions and as the Head of Product and Design at Docker, Inc. Since founding the Pacific Northwest Product Group, Ekta has been actively mentoring at the Techstars Seattle Accelerator and advising several startups, including Solh Wellness, GyftHint, and Glue, the latter of which successfully exited to private equity in 2023. Previously, Ekta held the position of Chief Product Officer at Pie Insurance, focusing on transforming commercial insurance experiences through technology and AI. Ekta also contributed to Microsoft Viva, achieving significant growth in employee insights and experience. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Operations Research from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree from the Delhi Institute of Technology.
