Elliot Rushton

Elliot Rushton is an Engineering Manager with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and driving innovation in the tech industry. They have held key roles at companies such as GitLab, where they managed a distributed team responsible for the development of GitLab CI, and Avigilon, where they built and led the QA team as the company grew significantly. Elliot has also contributed as a Research Assistant in mobile augmented reality and methods for reducing memory latencies on NUMA systems. Currently, they serve as an Engineering Manager at Docker, overseeing Docker Hardened and Official Images. Elliot holds a BSc in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University and a BA in Mathematics from Kenyon College.
