Jerry Baker

Jerry Baker has extensive experience in technical support and systems management, currently serving as Director of Support at Docker, Inc. since November 2020. Prior roles at Docker, Inc. included Sr. Manager and Manager of Technical Support. Prior to this, Jerry held the position of Manager of Support Engineering at Mirantis and managed the Support Engineering Group at Docker, Inc. Additional experience includes roles at Arcus as a Full Stack DevOps Engineer, at Lafayette Instrument Company as Manager of Information Systems overseeing IT infrastructure, and at Nidec Motor Corporation as an Information Technology Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed systems uptime and security. Jerry's technical expertise is complemented by a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and a high school diploma from Clinton Prairie.
