Kirsten Holte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, risk, compliance, and project management across various technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as VP Chief of Staff ProdDev at Docker, Inc. since October 2025, Kirsten previously held significant roles at Oracle, including VP of Cloud Compliance & Assurance and Director of OCI Compliance & Assurance, where responsibilities encompassed managing compliance operations and leading governance initiatives for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Earlier career highlights include managing the Mergers & Acquisition process for BlueKai as Project Manager, and overseeing training and operations development at RBC Wealth Management.
