Mark Allen

Mark Allen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering, product marketing, and customer experience across various companies. Currently serving as Principal Solutions Engineer for Strategic Accounts at Docker, Inc., Allen leads technical sales efforts for high-revenue clients. Previously, Allen held the position of VP, North America Solutions Engineering at Semantix Brasil, where leadership was provided for go-to-market activities in generative AI and machine learning. Allen’s career also includes key roles at ActivTrak, Anomali, and AlienVault, where significant contributions were made to customer satisfaction and product marketing strategies. Early in the career, positions at SolarWinds, Epicor, McGinnis Lochridge, OpenText, and D.H. Scott & Company helped build a strong foundation in IT and technical support. Allen holds an educational background from The University of Texas at Austin.
