Oleg Šelajev is a seasoned professional in developer relations and software development, currently serving as Developer Relations at Docker, Inc. since January 2024. Previously, Oleg held the position of Head of DevRel at AtomicJar, Inc. from October 2021 to December 2023, where contributions significantly advanced the open source Testcontainers libraries. Oleg has also served as Lead Developer Advocate for GraalVM at Oracle, focusing on engaging with a diverse developer community, and earlier as a Developer Advocate at ZeroTurnaround, building a Java developer community. Other roles include Product Engineer at ZeroTurnaround, Java Developer at Playtech and Webmedia, and Teaching Assistant at the University of Tartu. Oleg holds a PhD in Computer Science, a Master's in Cryptography, and a Bachelor’s in Informatics, all from the University of Tartu.
