Usha Mandya

Usha Mandya is a highly experienced professional in technical writing and communication, currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Writing at Docker, Inc. since February 2019, after progressing through various roles including Manager and Senior Technical Writer. Prior to Docker, Usha worked at Citrix for nearly eight years as a Staff Information Developer, contributing to the documentation of the Citrix XenServer virtualization management platform. Earlier experience includes roles at Deutsche Bank, where Usha was involved in documentation for the Derivatives market, and BEA Systems, where Usha authored user guides and tutorials for WebLogic products. Usha began their career with an internship at Times of India as an Associate Subeditor. Usha holds a Master's degree in Communication and Journalism and has completed several certificate courses related to content writing and technical communication. Currently, Usha is enrolled in the Cambridge Rising Women Leaders programme at Cambridge Judge Business School.
