Leigh Brock is the Director of Client Partnerships at DockYard, a software consulting company specializing in Elixir, JavaScript, and Phoenix development. Leigh has over 10 years of experience in project management and agile delivery.

Leigh started their career as an intern at National Geographic magazine in 2008. After a year working as a Senior Technical Project Manager at the National Geographic Society, Leigh became a Scrum Master at Kroger, leading multiple teams through the successful enterprise-wide rollout of ClickList, Kroger’s online shopping service. In 2017, Leigh joined 84.51˚ as an Agile Delivery Lead.

Leigh is a certified Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, and SAFe Agilist. Leigh has a passion for helping organizations deliver successful software projects and is committed to continual learning and improvement.

Leigh Brock studied journalism at The Ohio State University, where they earned their BA. Leigh later became certified as a SAFe Release Train Engineer and SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., as well as a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance. Finally, they earned their Professional Scrum with Kanban certification from Scrum.org.

They are on a team with Ben Munson - Director of Design, Amber Mallett - Employee Experience Manager, and Matthew Stebbins - Digital Marketing Manager. Leigh Brock reports to Brian Cardarella, CEO & Founder.
