Judy Bellamy

Judy Bellamy has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Judy began their career in 1998 as a Human Resources Manager at Paramount Pictures, where they provided consultation to management and staff in areas of employee development, staffing, compensation, and employee relations. In 2001, they moved to VNU Business Media as Divisional Director of Human Resources, where they drove the implementation of the company's new HR structure and researched, designed, and implemented a new global performance management system. In 2005, Judy became Human Resources Director at Electronic Arts, where they counseled managers and employees on basic and complex employee relations issues, held them accountable for management of performance and development of their respective teams, and conceptualized and implemented a training and development program. From 2006 to 2008, Judy was Human Resources at Vivendi Games, where they acted as HR Liaison for the Activision-Vivendi Integration Team. In 2008, they moved to Sony Pictures Entertainment as Sr. Vice President, People & Organization, where they led the HR function providing leadership and guidance on key organizational management issues to senior level executives. Judy then moved to Lean Focus LLC in 2018 as an Executive Search Consultant, and most recently in 2021, they joined DocMagic as Human Resources Director.

Judy Bellamy attended the University of New Mexico, where they earned a Bachelor's degree. Judy then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the UNM Anderson School of Management, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
