Pat Theodora has a long history of work experience in the mortgage industry. Pat began their career in 1980 as a Senior Loan Officer at Mortgage Center Corp, where they closed 20-25 deals per month on average. In 1983, they founded American City Mortgage Corp and built it to 10 offices and two Operation Centers, closing $1,000,000,000 a year in loans. In 2000, they sold their company to Irwin Home Mortgage and became Vice President of Nationwide Expansion, in charge of nationwide expansion for the Retail Channel and responsible for their branches and Operations Center. In 2005, they became Director of Nationwide Expansion Division at Pinnacle Financial. In 2007, they moved over to Platinum Home Mortgage (NMLS ID #13589) as Retired, having come over with 22 offices located across the nation with 275 employees. Pat is also a Co-Founder of DocMagic.
Pat Theodora attended San Diego State University from 1978 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management.
