Raj Y.

Raj Y. is an Information Technology professional with over 16 years of experience in the USA. Raj began their career in 2002 as a Consultant for the APURMS Projects at the Centre for Good Governance in Hyderabad, India. During their time there, they were part of the team that identified computerized areas from existing manual systems and developed prototypes, winning the best e-Governance project (P-Track) Team Member at the Indian national level in 2003. In 2004, Raj Y. moved to the USA and began working for ADP as a Senior Member Technical. During their time at ADP, they won the best support project team member award at the organizational level in 2006, and achieved Sun Certified Java Associate for the Java Platform Standard Edition in the same year. Raj also completed a corporate training in Rational Unified Processes Methodologies (RUP) in 2005. In 2006, Raj Y. joined Docmation as a Programmer Analyst / Consultant. Raj has experience in the design, development, testing, and support of enterprise level web applications, portals, and web content management systems, as well as understanding applications security, architecture, data, integration points, and infrastructure disciplines.

Raj Y. completed a Master of Computer Applications - MCA from Andhra University in 1999, majoring in Computer Science. Raj had previously obtained a Bachelor of Science from the same university in 1996, majoring in Mathematics and Computer Science. Raj Y. also holds two certifications: a Java 8 Certification from Brainbench obtained in July 2009, and an Oracle/Sun Certified Java Associate from Oracle obtained in August 2006.
