Joel Boyd

Joel Boyd has a diverse work experience starting from 2008 as a Summer Activity Leader at ATC Language & Travel. In 2009, they worked as a Sales Associate at TK Maxx, where they gained skills in customer service and teamwork. In 2011, as a Summer Intern at the Southern and Eastern Regional Assembly, Joel assisted in financial management and monitoring of EU structural fund projects. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at arvato UK & Ireland, taking on roles such as Global Operations PM, Junior Business Analyst, Rebates Analyst, and Transactions Specialist, where they gained experience in communication and training. In 2015, they became a Contractor Onsite at Partner Ops, Microsoft through Recruiters. Joel then worked as a Charging Analyst (Contract) at EirGrid from 2016 to 2017. Currently, Joel is employed as a Software Tester at DOCOsoft, starting in September 2020.

Joel Boyd completed their education with a Master's degree in Digital Innovation from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in the years 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Economics and Geography (Joint Honours) from Trinity College Dublin between 2008 and 2012. Joel's education started with their Leaving Certificate from Wesley College, Dublin, which they achieved from 2001 to 2008.
