Alex Díaz-Cacho

Alex Duffy is an accomplished technology leader with significant experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Currently serving as Vice President of Artificial Intelligence at Salt AI, Alex has been instrumental in developing an innovative AI app development platform that streamlines AI integration into business workflows. Previous roles include Senior Engineering Manager for Generative AI at Salt AI, where Alex led machine learning and infrastructure teams to create advanced generative AI tools, and cofounded AI Camp, an educational program for aspiring AI professionals. Alex has also worked at Ernst & Young as a Data Science Consultant, where responsibilities included managing a data team to design a global streaming service transaction processing system. Additional experience includes positions at Amazon Robotics, Hasbro, Communications & Power Industries, and ENSEEIHT. Alex holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University, with minors in Mathematics and Music.
