Adanya Rodrigo currently serves as the Deputy Chief People Officer at DocPlanner since January 2024, co-leading the People department to enhance culture and scalability within a global workforce of nearly 3,000 professionals. Previously, Adanya held the position of People Director at Trade Republic from July 2022 to December 2023, overseeing a team of over 20 to support 700 employees. Adanya's extensive experience includes serving as Chief People Officer at Glovo, Global People Director at EBANX, and Talent Director for LatAm at Riot Games, with a strong track record of achieving accolades for workplace culture. Adanya co-founded NXS Consulting and has held various HR leadership roles across companies like Maersk Line and ING Bank. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Human Resources Management from Robert Gordon University and specialist degrees from FGV and Fundação Dom Cabral.
