Aleksandra Kurowska

Aleksandra Kurowska is a Global Learning & Development Specialist at Docplanner since July 2019, focusing on developing and delivering learning programs for managers and collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs. Previous roles at Docplanner include People & Business Partner/HRBP, where comprehensive support was provided across the employee lifecycle, and People Experience Specialist, enhancing collaboration within tech teams and managing recruitment processes. Prior to Docplanner, Aleksandra worked as a Junior HR Specialist at Tchibo Warszawa, overseeing recruitment for customer advisors and office positions, and held various HR roles at Everest Finanse, including Recruitment Assistant. Aleksandra holds a Master of Psychology from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Coaching at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
