Colin Rumsam

Colin Rumsam is an accomplished Information Security professional with extensive experience in security compliance and risk management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Information Security Officer at DocPlanner since November 2022, Colin is the global head of InfoSec GRC, focusing on the implementation and management of ISO 27001. Prior to this, Colin held positions at scoutbee as the Information Security Programme & Quality Manager and at Infradata, where responsibilities included achieving and maintaining ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certifications. Colin's early career featured roles as an Information Security & Data Privacy Consultant and Counter Terrorism Intelligence Manager at the Metropolitan Police, contributing to a robust background in security solutions and legal compliance. Educational achievements include certifications from IBITGQ, iapp, ISC2, and the College of Policing/Metropolitan Police.
