Ester Lopez

Ester Lopez currently serves as a Senior UX Researcher at DocPlanner since January 2019, previously holding the position of Customer Success Specialist - Enterprise. Prior to DocPlanner, Ester was a Team Leader for Privalia Customer Service at Sum Talk from January 2017 to December 2018, managing customer service operations in Spain. Ester's experience also includes a role in Backoffice for Privalia at SELLBYTEL Group Spain from February 2011 to January 2017, with a seven-month tenure overseeing the Privalia Marketplace customer service department. Educational qualifications include a UX Research degree from NEOLAND, a BSc in Radio Production & Communications from Wrexham University, and intermediate management training from Sumtalk. Ester also holds a degree in Audiovisual Media from Escola Universitaria Politecnica de Mataro.
