Karol Traczykowski

Karol Traczykowski has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Karol served as the VP of New Ventures & Head of AI at DocPlanner, where they were responsible for product-market fit expansion and entering new market segments. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of New Ventures at DocPlanner, where they focused on product strategy, venture building, and business development. During their time at DocPlanner, they successfully launched several key projects and generated new revenue streams. Karol also worked as an Advisor for various companies starting in 2019. In 2018, they took a break to spend time with their family and engage in personal pursuits. Before joining DocPlanner, Karol was CEO of GoldenLine.pl and held various leadership roles, including Engineering Director, Head of Product, Team Lead, and Backend Developer. Karol also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at HRlink.pl.

Karol Traczykowski obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from Warsaw University of Technology from 2006 to 2011. Karol then pursued a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering at the same university from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org.
