Nicolò Truffa

Nicolò Truffa has had extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Nicolò started their career as a Financial Adviser at Studio Marcelli in 2009. In 2010, they joined Gruppo Schina as a Senior Controller, where they managed bookkeeping, audits, and tender bids for construction projects. In 2015, they joined Hertz, initially as a General Accountant, overseeing monthly financial close processes and providing financial insights. Nicolò later became a Financial Accountant, responsible for producing reports and collaborating with FP&A teams. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Management Accounting, Controlling & Reporting role, where they oversaw accounting matters and conducted in-depth analysis of results at Hertz. Nicolò joined DocPlanner in 2020, where they initially served as the Finance Manager for Italy, taking ownership of financial and tax matters. Nicolò then became the Global Head of Controlling & Reporting, responsible for financial closing, reporting, and analysis across multiple regions.

Nicolò Truffa obtained their Executive Education Program in Management Accounting, Controlling and Reporting from Luiss Business School in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from Luiss Guido Carli University in 2007-2008, and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Institutions and Markets Law and Economics from the same university in 2003-2006. Nicolò completed their high school education with a scientific maturity diploma from Liceo scientifico in 1997-2002. Nicolò Truffa has also acquired additional certifications in various accounting fields from LinkedIn in 2020.
