Peter Bialo

Peter Bialo is currently the CFO and a Board Member at DocPlanner. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Poland for GLOSSYBOX, an e-commerce start-up funded by Rocket Internet. Peter successfully founded and managed the Polish business, achieving a multi-million dollar annual run-rate turnover and positive cash flow in less than a year.

Before joining GLOSSYBOX, Peter worked as a Vice President of Strategy for Barclays Capital. In this role, they supported senior bank management with analysis and recommendations in key strategic and operational areas.

Peter started their career as a Consultant for The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). During their time at BCG, they completed 10 projects in various topic areas (strategy development, organizational change, due diligence) in several industries (banking, chemicals, healthcare, building materials, pharmaceuticals). Peter then moved on to TD where they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst / Associate.

Peter Bialo completed an MBA at INSEAD in the field of general management. Prior to that, they completed an HBA at Ivey Business School at Western University in the field of business administration.

Peter Bialo reports to Mariusz Gralewski, CEO. They are on a team with Baxter Denney - CMO, Shan Lee - CISO, and Gabriel Prat - Chief Product Officer.
